- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Develop industry-specific risk models and underwriting guidelines
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficient in credit risk software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Sageworks)
- Strong Excel modeling and financial statement analysis skills
- Experience with SBA and commercial lending structures
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFRP or CFA designation highly desirable
