Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit reports with risk ratings and recommendations for loan approval
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting credit policies and procedures
- Present findings to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/fintech
- Expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and credit analysis software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
