Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial loan applications, financial statements, and creditworthiness using advanced software tools
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments with actionable recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolios for early warning signs of financial distress
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current with regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC) and industry best practices
- Present complex financial findings to credit committees with clear, persuasive documentation
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for stress testing scenario analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with equipment financing exposure
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), Bloomberg Terminal, and credit scoring models
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex financial statements and cash flow projections
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk assessment acumen
