Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports with detailed risk assessments and recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure complex credit solutions
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and market conditions affecting lending
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis software
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial documents and market data
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
