Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy using provided equipment
- Provide exceptional in-person service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Operate cash drawers, ATMs, and digital banking tools as provided
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet team goals
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient in using banking technology and point-of-sale systems
