Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis for commercial and industrial loan portfolios
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and credit recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure complex credit facilities
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency with credit scoring models and financial analysis software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and lending regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Credit certification (CRCM/CCE) preferred
- Experience with SBA lending programs a plus
