Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements, credit applications, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit reports with clear recommendations for loan approval/modification
- Monitor existing credit portfolios for early risk detection and compliance adherence
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal financing solutions for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and industry stakeholders
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., FICO guidelines, banking compliance)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and financial modeling
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or equivalent risk management training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong written communication for producing precise credit documentation
