Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess business performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans and capital expenditure proposals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
