Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting, to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to project future performance and assess profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and monitoring spending against budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure financial data integrity across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and financial modeling tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
