Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FICA, and state-specific tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Prepare and submit year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099)
- Act as primary payroll support for HR and employee inquiries
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, and PA payroll tax laws
- Proficient with Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to manage confidential payroll data
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
