Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across all 50 states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies quarterly
- Collaborate with HRIS team on employee data integrity and system updates
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and support external audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FLSA, state wage laws)
- Expert in Excel with advanced VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy audits
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
