Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms
- Balance cash drawers and maintain meticulous financial records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Participate in monthly virtual compliance training sessions
- Collaborate with branch team during on-site shifts
- Utilize digital banking platforms for remote customer support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or banking
- Proficiency with digital banking tools and video conferencing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
