Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings and compliance across CA, federal, and local jurisdictions
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and union payments with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll integration
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of CA labor laws and FLSA regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of 99.9% payroll accuracy
