Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for exempt/non-exempt employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for Hawaii federal/state requirements
- Conduct quarterly/yearly reconciliations and audit support
- Lead payroll system implementations and process improvements
- Train HR and finance teams on payroll procedures
- Ensure adherence to FLSA, ERISA, and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of Hawaii state/federal tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills and payroll system proficiency
- CPP or FPC certification highly desirable
