Responsibilities
- Analyze Client Needs: Conduct in-depth financial planning sessions to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Develop Strategies: Create tailored investment strategies, retirement plans, and insurance solutions to meet client objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor market performance and adjust portfolios to maximize returns while mitigating risk.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial advice and transactions adhere to strict regulatory standards and prepare accurate reporting.
- Market Expansion: Actively prospect and acquire new clients to grow the firm's presence in the Nashville market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Licensing: Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, or brokerage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Self-Motivation: High level of drive, ambition, and ability to work independently in a commission-based environment.
