Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and scenario planning
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and industry research to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial planning tools
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
