Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends for credit risk assessment
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendation reports for loan committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signals
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure complex credit facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation in loan origination systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and covenant structures
- Solid knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, OCC guidelines)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Industry certification (CRCM or CMB) a plus
