Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Assist clients with account inquiries, loan applications, and financial products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote bank services and cross-sell financial solutions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Previous banking experience preferred
