- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and collateral to assess credit risk for commercial loans
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments with actionable recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay current with industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in credit underwriting software and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Credit certification (CRCM/CCE) preferred
- Experience with SBA lending programs a plus
