Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining client confidentiality
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized financial guidance
- Drive sales of premium banking products (CDs, IRAs, investment accounts)
- Lead branch initiatives for digital banking adoption and process optimization
- Mentor junior tellers on compliance protocols and customer experience excellence
- Resolve complex client inquiries with proactive problem-solving solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume teller experience with cash handling exceeding $5M monthly
- FINRA Series 6/63 securities license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Proven sales track record with financial products (minimum 15 cross-sells/month)
- Advanced knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and OFAC compliance
- Exceptional credit score (700+) with zero prior banking violations
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking platform and CRM systems
