Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments for commercial loan applications
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure credit facilities aligned with client needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Utilize provided financial modeling software to forecast scenarios and stress tests
- Present credit recommendations to credit committee with clear, data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel required, SQL/Python preferred)
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and ratio interpretation
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities
