As part of our team, you will ensure the integrity of our financial data, support critical audits, and help drive the company’s fiscal health.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with annual external audits.
- Process payroll and maintain the general ledger with high accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
