Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance with tax filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes and financial audits
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
