- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices in credit risk management
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and ratio analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and credit software (e.g., Moody's RiskCalculus)
- Series 7 and/or 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proven track record of managing credit portfolios exceeding $50M
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
