Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of business decisions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for board meetings and investor relations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
