- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and risk assessment reports for senior management

- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal financing solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling software and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP, credit underwriting principles, and risk management
- Credit certification (CRCM or CCE) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
