Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
