- Provide exceptional service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and basic office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions securely
