Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for commercial loan portfolios
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Monitor existing credit exposures and identify early warning indicators
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal risk management policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, Moody's Analytics)
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and credit risk frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings
- Series 7 or 63/66 license preferred
