Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly reconciliation cycles
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage multi-currency transactions for international clientele
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and tax season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions/VLOOKUP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Certification in QuickBooks Online or Xero a plus
