Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain accurate general ledger records in QuickBooks Online
- Develop financial reports for client decision-making support
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with team members on cross-functional financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
