Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with supporting documentation
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support quarterly and annual tax filings
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems for operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in medium to large organizations
