Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks Online databases with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Coordinate with tax preparation teams for quarterly filings and year-end documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Act as primary client contact for financial inquiries and account maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot table expertise
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation required
- Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
