As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, building relationships with our community and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as loans and credit cards.
- Verify the accuracy of all daily transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
- Assist in maintaining branch security and compliance with banking regulations.
- Assist customers with online and mobile banking setup and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
