Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow analysis
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs to provide strategic financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/ACB preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity financial systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Excellent communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
