- Analyze financial data and prepare executive dashboards
- Coordinate tax filings and support annual audit processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with advanced functions
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
