Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements with high accuracy.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and collecting outstanding receivables.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations.
  • Compliance & Audits: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls. Prepare documentation for external audits.

Qualifications
