The Role
As our Bookkeeper, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our books and providing insightful reports to management. If you have a knack for numbers and a desire to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accurate coding of expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proven proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (Bachelor's degree a plus).
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
