Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks cloud solutions
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide financial analysis and budgetary support
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax procedures
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a remote setting
