Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with monthly closing accuracy
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to deadlines
- Prepare financial statements and management reports using QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows for 15+ client portfolios
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA/macros experience
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity financial systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% error tolerance)
