As a pivotal member of our finance team, you will ensure our financial health through meticulous record-keeping and reporting. We pride ourselves on modernizing financial processes, so you'll be working with state-of-the-art accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
