Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance for individual and corporate clients.
- Perform general ledger accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
