Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with 99.9% accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Execute electronic payments through ACH and wire systems
- Maintain meticulous records in SAP and Concur platforms
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Support month-end closing procedures with precision
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with international payment processing
