Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Support the month-end close process with timely reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Entry level candidates welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
