Responsibilities
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reconciliation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Perform data entry and account verification tasks
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
