Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Process payroll accurately and maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance requirements
