Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliation of multi-currency accounts and transaction records
- Generate real-time financial reports for executive decision-making
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour processing SLAs
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Utilize advanced accounting software for automated reporting
- Conduct month-end closing procedures during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with night shift operations
- Expertise in SOX compliance and GAAP standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
