Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll systems
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and tax document preparation
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks for multi-client operations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and sales tax filing
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial data
