Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgetary reports
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on cost optimization initiatives
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Identify revenue opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Present financial findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data manipulation
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
