Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, Louisiana state laws)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll system expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and Louisiana payroll regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (ADP preferred)
- Proven track record of error-free payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
